On April 24th 2013 more than 1130 people were killed and thousends were injured when the textile factory, the "Rana Plaza"building in Savar, Bangladesh, collapsed.
It was the most momentous disaster in a number of previous accidents in clothing factories. Thanks to international organizations the worldwide interest was aroused.
